  • Welcome!!

    So glad you're here! I'd like to tell you a bit about myself. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 18 years and we have two beautiful daughters, ages 13 and 15. I attended Columbia College and received a degree in Graphic Design. I worked as a graphic design manager for 7 years at the Illinois CPA Society where I designed their Magazine INSIGHT. My love for photography was always there but had to wait...

    On April 28, 2008 my daughter who was then almost 3 was diagnosed with ALL a form of Leukemia. As you can imagine that was a life changing moment to say the least. Through all the tears and heartache of watching your daughter go through intense chemotherapy and missing out on so many things—I have learned to treasure memories even more then ever. I just love
    taking precious pictures of children and families—the idea that these pictures will be looked
    at for generations to come is such an honor to me!!

    So here I am doing something I LOVE—capturing beautiful moments!

2021 Schedule & thank you!

Thank you!

I simply cannot say these words enough! Thank you to each and every client I have met~ whether it was a mini session, family session, newborn session, senior session, work event or a wedding event. Many thanks to you!

I often sit back and think of how truly blessed I am to have so many wonderful people in my life who have believed in me, motivated me, pushed me to be better and continue to grow. I cannot be everyone’s photographer, but I’m so blessed that my photography passion has brought so many amazing people into my life over the past 11 years!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for entrusting me to share in your new memories!

Word of mouth has been my biggest referral~ thanks to my clients who have handed out business cards, posted pictures of our sessions, tagged me and referred me to your family, friends & coworkers. Without your help I would not be where I am today!

So this year when scheduling indoor mini sessions I will leave a 20 minute opening in-between sessions for sanitizing. I will ask that you reschedule your session if anyone has been exposed and/or has any Covid related symptoms.
